This policy explains how Cordon & Co Pty Ltd, trading as DRAY, handles the information you share through dray.wine.

What we collect

When you ask to hear about the First Release, we collect your name, email address, wine interests and any other preferences you select. We also record your confirmation that you are 18 or older and that you agree to receive DRAY updates.

How we use it

We use this information to contact you about DRAY releases, vineyard days and the updates you ask to receive. We do not sell your personal information.

Who helps us handle it

FormSubmit sends your form submission to DRAY by email. Our website host and email provider may also process or store the information as part of providing their services. We only share information when it is needed to run the website, send the updates you requested or meet a legal obligation.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you continue to receive DRAY updates or while we need it for a legal or administrative reason. We delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop emailing you, correct your details, give you access to the information we hold or delete it. Email hello@dray.wine and we will help.
